This UENPS Congress is based on a new idea, on a system of acknowledgement and recognition of scientific excellence.

This Congress introduces and offers a fair competition for worldwide academic recognition named "ACADEMIC OLYMPICS". Each country's scientific and academic community is invited to participate by motivatingits best members of its scientific community, its best doctors, researchers, lecturers to UENPS Congress Global Neonatology and Perinatology and "Academic Olympics".
