The European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS), a leader in the worldwide ophthalmic community, is a not-for-profit organisation founded to enhance and assist the study and practice of ophthalmology.The ESCRS offers a unique forum for discussion and learning to meet the professional and continuing educational needs of its members.
The largest ophthalmology congress in Europe, the ESCRS featured a comprehensive programme of activities and events to keep delegates busy, including more than 100 courses, 5 main symposia, in excess of 600 free papers and almost the same number of posters. In addition, a record number of companies participated in the Industry Exhibition.
